Are your products physical or digital?

All of the items in our shop are digital downloads. That means nothing will be shipped to you — instead, you’ll receive a link to download your files instantly after purchase. A link to download your file(s) will also be emailed to you.

Can I reuse the templates for multiple events or classrooms?

Absolutely! Once you’ve purchased a template, it’s yours to use again and again. Just make sure you’re not sharing the files with others outside of your personal use.

How do I edit the templates?

Most of our templates are made in Canva, a free and easy-to-use design tool. Once you purchase a template, you’ll receive a link to open and edit the file in your own Canva account. No graphic design skills needed. Just drag, drop, and customize!

Fillable PDF files can be filled with Adobe Reader, a free program.

What if I don't have a Canva account?

Canva is free to use! If you don’t already have an account, you can create one at www.canva.com in just a few minutes.

Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because our products are delivered instantly as digital downloads, all sales are final and we’re unable to cancel or modify orders once they’ve been placed. If you have any issues accessing your files, please reach out at info@roommomreacue.com, I’m happy to help!

How do I use promo code?

You can enter your promo code during checkout. Just look for the “Discount Code” box before completing your purchase, and be sure to click “Apply” to update your total.

I have placed an order and didn't receive confirmation email?

First, check your spam or promotions folder, sometimes confirmation emails can land there. If you still don’t see it after a few minutes, feel free to email me at info@roommomrescue.com and I’ll make sure you get your download link.

I need something custom. Do you take requests?

While I don’t offer custom design services at this time, I do love hearing ideas for new templates. If there’s something specific you’d like to see in the shop, send me a message!

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. But if you experience a technical issue or need help with a file, please contact me at info@roommomrescue.com. I’m here to make it right!
